Lexi is a puppy we have kept
from Holly's last litter. She is by Alan and Anne Webster's handsome boy
Sh Ch Asquanne Gillespie
JW aka 'Mister'
She found her place in the pack
easily with her quirky little ways, she makes me smile all the time she
is such a little monkey, she is very vocal and likes to make sure she is
right in the middle of everything. She spends a lot of time with Chelsea
who likes to give her good wash every morning, needed or not!!
Lexi is having a great time in
her minor puppy classes being in the top spot several times at her first
6 Champs shows. She has no idea what she is doing, running round a ring
then having to stand still for far too long I can almost hear her saying
WHY??? That said, she really loves the attention and shows off just like
her mum. She is a larger than life puppy who lives her life at full tilt
be it in the ring or at home, always front and centre. When a quiet
moment comes she loves to snuggle up with anyone who will have her, but
especially Chelsea.
Lexi has had a super year
finishing as fourth top cocker puppy 2009 Winning ten puppy classes and
two Best puppy in Shows all by 10 months old. Like her, the last 4
months has been a bit of a whirl wind I so hope we can continue her
success as she gets ready to move up into Junior class mid Feb.
Lexi won her final points for
her JW title in February 2010 ending her
puppy career in style. She is growing up fast but is still as mad as a
box of frogs, but we love her to bits.
Aug 2010
Lexi has now moved out of Junior
and into Yearling where does the time go? She continued to do well in
Junior and we hope she will be able to hold her own as she moves up the
classes and in with the grown ups, someone needs to tell her she IS
GROWING UP LIKE IT OR NOT!!!!
November 2010
Lexi has blown us away this
month by winning BIS at Rotherham Cocker & the BCC at Devon & Cornwall
Cocker Club. Paul & I are absolutely thrilled to win our fist ticket
with a home bred girl, who stole our hearts when she was very young
being the only girl in a litter of seven. At only 21 months she has
already done us proud we hope she continues to enjoy her showing as much
as I enjoy trying to keep one step ahead of her!
