we only have an occasional litter of puppies that are cared for in our home when they are not feeding or sleeping they meet with our other dogs and the rest of the family. We do welcome enquiries from genuine, honest cocker lovers. Our puppies will not go to families where both parties work fulltime, as any dog not just a cocker need plenty of human contact. I do also know other reputable breeders and will pass on details.

Our dogs are eye tested, hip scored and DNA tested if both parents are not clear/normal.

Please do think carefully before you embark on a search for a cocker, they are a lively breed who love human contact. Puppies are playful, mischievous and wilful. They have sharp teeth and claws when they are little can get into allsorts of trouble.  They need lots of sleep to grow, but when awake need supervising. A cocker has a beautiful coat, but not without work. They need to be groomed and trimmed regularly. Be really honest with yourself as there are far to many dogs in rescue centres, a cocker can live to be 15, 16 years old.

Cocker's are a real pack dog and focus a lot on their pack leader. YOU. Even when they are apparently fast asleep, if you nip to put the kettle on they will appear like magic no matter how many you have one or six they will all be there with a look of 'what we doing now?'

If you do decide to have a cocker you will need to think about the colour, sex, genetical/inherited problems, temperament, life expectancy, vet costs, insurance, feeding training, grooming these things all add up.

Cockers are a fabulous breed to own, so if you do have one just do you homework, have lots of fun and enjoy.
